- Fractalis will only exchange used products for aspects covered in the product warranty.

- The buyer has eight (8) calendar days to send the product through a coordinating point from the moment the guide is sent.

Refund of money in bank account
Terms and conditions applicable to the request for a refund to a bank account
- To refund the money, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and without signs of use, with the bag with barcode and labels intact.
- The refund will be made via bank transfer.
- All costs associated with the return of money and product will be covered by Fractalis.
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- Inability to deliver the product to the buyer, resulting in a refund of the money.
- Payment reversal request.
- Buyer dissatisfaction with the product, subject to its conditions and approval by the Fractalis Changes team.
- The buyer has eight (8) calendar days to send the product through a coordinating point from receipt of the return guide.
- If the money back is requested within the framework of the right of withdrawal, Fractalis will make the refund within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the request. In the event of a payment reversal request, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days.
- Except as established in the Guarantee Policy, no refunds will be made for requests related to the Exchange Policy. Changes will be limited exclusively to other products.

The buyer must return the product to the producer or supplier in the same conditions in which they received it.
Transportation and other costs associated with the return will be covered by Fractalis.
The refund of the money will be made through bank transfer, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of exercise of the right.
It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods for personal use such as personal hygiene products, underwear, makeup, among others.
Discounts and promotions
Fractalis may offer discounts and promotions for special dates, applying the following terms and conditions:
- Items in the "Packs or outfits" subcategory have permanent discounts.
- Products on promotion for special dates are temporary discounts, subject to availability and guaranteed according to our current policy.
Applicable Terms and Conditions:
- All sales and exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Money refunds on a gift card or bank account will be for the net value paid for the purchase.
- For returns of garments from an outfit or pack, the price of the garments will be refunded with the discount applied.
Warranty Policy
Fractalis guarantees that its products meet the legally required standards of suitability, quality, safety, good condition and operation, according to these Terms and Conditions.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid for 30 calendar days from delivery of the product to the buyer.
